Seventy years ago, the Mediterranean was teeming with life: seals, turtles, sharks and an abundant fish stock. Today, it is in a worse state than ever. Urgent action is needed to protect 30% of its waters, prevent ecosystem collapse and revitalize local fisheries.
That's why Manu San Felix, a marine biologist and researcher with National Geographic and the driving force behind the Reserva30 project, has joined the Bluewave Alliance. Together, we are committed to restoring the Mediterranean to its former glory.

The SEAwilding Conference 2025 brought together researchers, experts and global leaders in Barcelona to transform knowledge into action.
